Dr. Ezinma Ezealah, MD, MPH (Rheumatologist, Allergist & Immunologist), is the CEO and Medical Director of Greenville Rheumatology & Allergy, and the President and Medical Director of AARA SC (American Arthritis and Rheumatology Associates South Carolina). She grew up in West Orange, NJ and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia. She received her Doctorate in Medicine (MD) Degree with a Distinction in Research from Rutgers University- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. During medical school while completing her Doctorate in Medicine degree, she was awarded a fully-funded slot in the Rutgers University- UMDNJ School of Public Health program. She completed her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) degree with honors and was inducted into the Delta Omega Public Health Honorary Society. She also was one of the few medical students in the US selected to conduct research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for a year during medical school as a research scholar in the National Institutes of Health's Clinical Research Training Program (NIH-CRTP) and her research at the NIH earned her a Medical Degree with a Distinction in Research from Rutgers University- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. After medical school, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital (affiliated with University of Maryland) in Baltimore, MD, followed by a dual Fellowship in Rheumatology and Allergy/Immunology at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. After completing her Fellowship in Rheumatology and Allergy/Immunology, Dr. Ezealah and her family left the Upstate New York area in search of warmer climate and relocated to the Upstate South Carolina area, which they now happily call home.

As a Board-certified physician, after working extensively in the hospital system, she started her own private practice in Greenville, South Carolina (Greenville Rheumatology & Allergy), where she has been delivering excellent care to her patients since it opened in 2020. Dr. Ezinma Ezealah, MD, MPH is a compassionate and meticulous physician who is committed to providing a personable and educational medical experience for her patients.
